Emilio Espinal-Santiago is a New York-based illustrator, author, and designer specializing in children’s illustration and kidlit books.

From an early age, books have inspired Emilio’s work, serving as the catalyst for his creative journey. His mission is to craft stories that evoke empathy and curiosity, resonating with readers of all ages in the children’s book and YA graphic novel space.

Emilio holds a BFA in Illustration from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City.
